Privacy Policy

PlanYourFun is built to work without accounts, so we collect as little as possible. This page explains what we do store and why.

No accounts, no profiles

You never create an account. We don't collect names, emails, or passwords to use the tools.

What the tools store

When you create a group in the Cost Splitter or an itinerary in the Itinerary Builder, we store only what you type in: participant names, expenses, and schedule items. Access works by link: anyone who has the link can view and edit that group or itinerary, so share it only with your party. Inactive groups and itineraries are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). It sets cookies for that purpose. We don't use the data for advertising and we don't sell it.

Affiliate links

When you click a booking link in our guides, we record which activity was clicked and which page it came from so we can see what's useful. That record contains no personal information — no IP address, no device identifiers.

Payments

Printable packs are sold through a third-party payment provider. Your payment details go to that provider, not to us; we only receive confirmation that a purchase happened.
