About PlanYourFun

Planning a bachelor or bachelorette party usually means one heroic friend, forty browser tabs, and a group chat that never stops. We built PlanYourFun so that friend gets their weekend back.

PlanYourFun is a free set of planning tools made specifically for bachelor and bachelorette parties:

• Cost Splitter — track shared expenses and settle up with the fewest transfers.
• Drink Calculator — turn guests, hours, and vibe into an exact shopping list.
• Itinerary Builder — build the weekend hour by hour and share it as one link.

No accounts, no app downloads. Every tool lives on a link you can drop straight into the group chat.

We also publish original cost research. The 2026 bachelorette cost model and its public CSV are free to cite (CC BY 4.0).

How we keep it free

The tools are free and always will be. We earn money in two transparent ways: a shop with printable party packs (games, checklists, itinerary templates), and affiliate links to activities we recommend in our city guides — see our affiliate disclosure. That never changes what the tools do or what the guides recommend.
