What it is
Diego Pops is a casual taco-and-tequila spot in a converted historic pottery shop in Old Town, with an open kitchen and a big outdoor patio built for groups. Everything's made from scratch — classic and reinvented tacos, margaritas on 1800 Blanco tequila, and the Brussels sprout nachos everyone ends up ordering regardless of how it sounds on paper.
