What it is
Scotch 80 Prime is the steakhouse inside the Palms Casino Resort, and it's earned a AAA Four Diamond rating (2026) plus a spot on the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Top 100 Restaurants — this is a real steakhouse, not a casino afterthought. The kitchen wood-grills prime, dry-aged steaks sourced from premier American ranchers and carries a serious selection of Japanese-certified Wagyu, including some of the rarest cuts in the city. Beyond the beef, there's a full sustainable seafood menu and a cocktail/spirits program built around aged scotches, cognacs and international whiskeys — the restaurant's name is a nod to the neighborhood, but the whiskey list backs it up.
